Spencer is a very special Rescue Cocker who came to live with his mom through the efforts of Cocker Pals Rescue in New York. He lives in Connecticut, with his buff Cocker Spaniel sister Hannah and
his black Rescue Cocker Spaniel sister Mollie also from Cocker Pals Rescue.
